Two rooms to rent – Coquitlam

We have two fully furnished rooms to rent in our house in Coquitlam: a bedroom and a room suitable for a study. Included is a private bathroom, laundry and use of the kitchen. The rental is available 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014.  Rent includes internet, cable, electricity and gas.  The house is on a bus route that goes to the Skytrain and a seven minute walk from the 143 bus to SFU Burnaby.

The house is architect designed in Modernist style, recently renovated with a Japanese garden. There will be a cat in the house.

We will be in the house part of the year, but mostly away. Our son, who attends SFU and is an elite athlete, lives in the basement suite and will share the kitchen, dining and living room facilities.

We are looking for a new faculty member, or quiet, responsible postdoc, graduate or undergraduate student. No smoking.

Deposit and references required.

Rent is $700 per month.
