Neighbourhood is very quiet, steps away from parks and running/cycling paths. Location is an easy walk to #135 SFU/Downtown bus for access to SFU campuses; equally easy access to BCIT.  Ideal for grad student or visiting professor/lecturer in town for the summer session.
