Ours is a 2 bedroom furnished house available for the months of June, July and August, 2015.  Suitable for a quiet non smoking couple or single.   It is located north of Hastings Street between North Burnaby and Hastings Park.  It is walking distance to buses travelling to SFU, North Vancouver, and downtown Vancouver.  Highway 1 freeway and Ironworkers Bridge to North Vancouver and Capilano University are close by.  There are 2 good shopping areas.

The house has a large upstairs bedroom and bathroom.  The main floor has a den/bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms.   A front porch gives you a view of the inlet, the mountains and the City.  There is a back deck and the patio garden is like a small park.   There is a carport and street parking available.

The downstairs suite is rented to a quiet working single.

Minimum rental, 1 month.  $2,400.  Includes all utilities, laundry, and cable, internet.

Damage deposit required.  No pets, no children.
