You can have a private bedroom and private bathroom in this academic and arts, LGBTQ-friendly home. It’s a beautiful and positive, sunlight-filled 2-story duplex on a tree-lined street in a really beautiful location at the south end of the Commercial Dr area, very near Trout Lake. The neighbourhood has a good feeling about it, and is much quieter than the busier main Drive area.
I’m looking for one 30+ y.o. mature person to be a friendly, creative and positive housemate, in an East Van household. I’m a queer, friendly female artist, and a Prof at a local arts university. I have 2 small, relaxed senior dogs that are fuzzy and also very friendly!
This is only an 8 minute walk to the SkyTrain Commercial/Broadway station and the bus stops for 9, 99 and 20. It’s easy to get anywhere from here.
