Our furnished home is available for sublet from end of August to end of December 2015. Exact dates are negotiable.

We are just off Hastings Street near Boundary Road, halfway between SFU’s Burnaby and Vancouver campuses. We are close to an elementary school, public parks, transit, and the major roadways connecting Vancouver to the rest of the Greater Vancouver Area. Our neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

Monthly rent is $2000 and includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and landline.

No pets and no smoking on the property. We are looking to sublet for the entire period. Suitable for family with up to 3 kids; baby equipment also available.
