Executive Election Results

Thank you to all who participated in the 2016-2017 Executive Committee elections, and thanks in particular to those who put their names forward as candidates. As you know, the organization relies upon its elected members to guide its work, and we are thrilled to have had such a fine slate of candidates for the positions available.

The election results are as follows:

For President-Elect we had one nominee who has been ratified for this position:
Michael Sjoerdsma (Engineering Science)

This election also included 7 candidates for 5 open Director positions.

For Director (two-year terms), the elected candidates are:

Kumari Beck (Education)
Sherryl Bisgrove (Biological Sciences)
Genevieve Fuji Johnson (Political Science)
Steeve Mongrain (Economics)
Rochelle Tucker (Health Sciences)
