Beautiful, Private Garden Suite – Short or Medium Term Rental
We are offering a very clean, well-maintained ground-level garden suite in our home, located in a quiet and well-kept neighbourhood. This is a fully furnished studio-style space suited for one individual.
The suite is thoughtfully outfitted with a queen bed, quality linens, new furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a gas fireplace, air conditioning, cable, internet, and all utilities. The space has been carefully prepared with all personal items removed, providing a clean, comfortable, and move-in-ready environment.
There is a private entrance, and while the suite is part of our home, we value a respectful and peaceful living experience for everyone.
We are open to a rental term of approximately 3–4 months and, depending on the situation, up to a maximum of 12 months. Ideally, we are looking for someone seeking a stable, full-term stay rather than a very short-term arrangement.
We are looking for one tenant only who is quiet, respectful, and takes pride in where they live. In return, we are thoughtful and considerate homeowners who care about maintaining a clean, calm, and well-run home.
