The suite can either be taken out in its entirety or by room – there are 2 furnished bedrooms, including linens.  By room, with shared common space within the suite itself, would be $1600 per person, all utilities included, Internet & premium tv.
Furnished, including a smart tv & all appliances, dishes, in unit laundry, Central AC, street parking, equipment in the kitchen as well.  Private entrance, covered deck with dining area.  Beautiful yard/garden that can be enjoyed too.
