The apartment tower has underground parking and a gym. A storage locker may be available for purchase, however the suite has ample storage.
The apartment is a 15-minute drive to SFU Burnaby campus, a 20-minute drive to SFU Vancouver campus, and is close to transit stops.
The duration of the rental is flexible for faculty members – from May to September (4 months), May to November (6 months) or May to January 2026 (8 months).
