We are planning to be away from June 20 to August 13 and are looking for a short-term renter (known referral) for our spacious and fully updated 1-storey Tsawwassen home. It’s a spacious (2400+ sq ft) updated rancher with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, unobstructed views to Vancouver’s North Shore Mountains, short distance to beaches, dyke trail, town center, rec facilities, ferry terminal, shopping. Private backyard and deck backs onto open farmland. Spacious, bright, airy, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, mountain views. Includes utilities and cable/high-speed internet. Ideal for a writing retreat or family vacation. Absolutely no pets or smokers.
Because it’s our furnished home, we are not advertising it on public platforms but sharing this opportunity word of mouth with colleagues in hope that a responsible professional looking for a short term stay will be interested. Rent is $1000 a week, negotiable based on number of bedrooms/occupants. (We may close one room/study.)
